Process of Selling

I received a letter in the mail from AJ Land Buyers. I’m interested in selling my property. What do I need to do?

  • The “Reference #” from the letter we sent you. It can be found at the top right hand corner of the letter.
  • Contact Information – The best way for us to reach you (phone number, etc).
  • Property Information – The location (State & County), parcel number (“APN”), and size of your property.
  • Owner Information – The name and spelling of the owner on title, if it’s someone other than you.
  • Additional Properties – If you have multiple properties you would be interested in selling, please let us know.
  • Other Information – Any additional information you would like us to know about the property, for instance: If there are any buildings/fences/improvements on it, whether it is accessible by road, the condition of the road, if you have any photos of it, if there are any back taxes owed, or if utilities (water, electric, heating, sewer) are located at or near the property.

I submitted my property a few weeks ago and I haven’t heard anything back – what’s the deal?


We carefully research and consider every single property that is submitted on our website. However, we aren't able to buy everything. If you haven’t heard anything back from us – it’s most likely because a) Your property doesn’t fit the profile of what we’re looking for, or
b) We already have sufficient exposure to properties of similar location and size to yours and are unable to make additional investments of this type at the moment. Is there a cost for your services?


Absolutely not. There is no cost or obligation to you for submitting your property for our investment consideration.
