Process of Selling
I received a letter in the mail from AJ Land Buyers. I’m interested in selling my property. What do I need to do?

The “Reference #” from the letter we sent you. It can be found at the top right hand corner of the letter.
Contact Information – The best way for us to reach you (phone number, etc).
Property Information – The location (State & County), parcel number (“APN”), and size of your property.
Owner Information – The name and spelling of the owner on title, if it’s someone other than you.
Additional Properties – If you have multiple properties you would be interested in selling, please let us know.
Other Information – Any additional information you would like us to know about the property, for instance: If there are any buildings/fences/improvements on it, whether it is accessible by road, the condition of the road, if you have any photos of it, if there are any back taxes owed, or if utilities (water, electric, heating, sewer) are located at or near the property.
